Yes, your license key will still work after a factory reset — but you'll need to reapply the tweaks, since the reset restores your system settings to default.
We recommend running the utility again after the reset to get back all the performance benefits.

Unfortunately, we do not offer license key resets for users who use spoofers or change their motherboard.
Your license key will continue to work on the same PC, unless you spoof or replace the motherboard.
Upgrading other components (such as GPU, RAM, storage) is perfectly fine.
